Introduction to the Fantasy was written as an exercise in composing for a full symphonic orchestra. This piece was written shortly before I graduated from WSU, and was the last major project I worked on during my undergrad studies.
This piece tries to capture the atmosphere of fantasy-esc games and their scerene yet grandeous introductions to their world.
Introduction is also a part of a series of pieces I wrote and experimented with during my freshman and sophomore years of college, before I recieved any training on proper game scoring techniques. Another piece from this collection is Fantasy Onwards! (Demo).
